What Is Daily Life Like in Each Community?
ZED West: park-side tower living. Daily life centres on ZED Park, which ORA describes as the largest green space in the area, with sports facilities and room for fitness, jogging and yoga. With 37,100 sqm of retail in ZED Strip and the Towers Mall inside the development, a coffee or a grocery run can happen on foot. The community has been occupied since late 2023.
ZED East: club-centred and still growing. ORA describes The Club as having football and tennis academies, extensive pools, a clubhouse and a sports university; its first phase is operating. ORA plans paths for walkers and cyclists. The caveat for 2026: at the April handover, landscaping was 75% complete and roads 80% complete, so early residents live alongside construction.
